Every exchange goes through the same comprehensive evaluation from sign-up to withdrawal
We start where every user starts: the sign-up page. We create a real account from scratch, time the entire KYC verification process, and document every point of friction along the way. How long does identity verification take? Is the process intuitive? Are there unnecessary hurdles?
We test multiple deposit methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and crypto deposits. We track processing times, check for hidden fees, and note any minimum deposit requirements. This is where many exchanges quietly add costs that aren't advertised upfront.
We place real orders across spot, futures, and margin markets. We test market orders, limit orders, and advanced order types. We measure execution speed, check for slippage, and compare actual fees against what's advertised. Liquidity is tested across major and minor trading pairs.
We go through every feature the exchange offers: staking, earn products, copy trading, the mobile app, API access, and advanced trading tools. Each feature is evaluated for functionality, reliability, and how it compares to competitors. Nothing is left untested.
The final and most critical test. We withdraw funds to an external wallet and measure the entire process: processing time, network fees, any withdrawal limits or delays.
